Seafod Donburi

The best breakfast I had at Tokyo was this raw seafood don at Tsukiji Fish Market. The sweetness just exudes from the salmon and tuna sashimi. I am a big fan of scallop and it's just fantastic eating such a big piece of fresh scallop with its smoothness. The octopus slice has just the right chewiness to be enjoyed without having a muscle ache later. The salmon roe pops and oozes it's tasty content as you bite into them. The prawn is marvellous with its springiness and sweetness. This is my first time having sea urchin and it does not disappoint with its creamy sweetness, although, I have to admit that it's not really my cup of tea. Even the wasabi and prickled ginger slice tasted delicious.
And to have all these without the fishiness of not-so-fresh seafood made it a amazing gastronomic experience.
